.My front rim is the New "Odyssey Aerospace" rim. I got mine is hard ano black, ano as in anodized, not anal for u pervs lol. Reason i got this rim is because from my riding style, when i land roofdrops and huge sets my back wheel takes most abuse, so i didn't feel like buying something expensive just to have extra weight and not need the strength such as a g-sport rim, or a 7ka. Also for some reason this rim ran me $65 on danscomp which was $10 cheaper then ever other site so i grabbed the deal. I like this rim allot because of the aero shape kinda reminds me of my big fat fixie rims. This rim happens to look almost exactly like the g-sport birdcage rim, major difference is that this rim is traditional 3x laced while all g-sport rims are 3x center crossed laced. This rim has one big hollow chamber between the walls of the rim as appose to 3 main chambers in the birdcage, both rims are made out of 6061 t6 aluminum, but the walls are thicker on the odyssey rim, accounting for it being 2oz heavier then the g-sport. Still being 16.1 oz the odyssey rim is on the light side. The seam is obviously welded. The rim is holding up very nicely, and being $15 cheaper then the birdcage, and $25 cheaper then the 7ka rim id' say its quite a bang for your buck. Don't forget its odyssey, that was also a great contributor to why i got this rim
