Fiend Hammered Bronze Parts

So our bro Nick Verbanac got the Fiend team bars a few months back, they turned completely black after a week or two of riding them. He recently removed the original sticker from the bars, and it was still bronze underneath, but that turned black after a week or two aswell.

Today me and a few of the guys were riding astoria... and we came upon a rider w/ the Fiend Embryo frame, also originally in bronze it had turned completely black as well. I asked him about it and he said it still looks cool, but I could feel his underlying sadness like a mother of a a child with down syndrome.

It's obvious the way these parts are colored degrades in sunlight. Air exposure could also be a factor, but in that case you would have parts changing color within their warehouse, as they are not packed air tight. This has not yet happened, so i can't see air being that much of a factor.

Unless you want a bicycle part that looks like you amateurishly did 15 layers of black spray paint, do not buy a Fiend part in Hammered Bronze. My friend Angelo also has the Fiend Embryo frame and he said it dents way to easily. Bottom line is if you're thinking about buying a free coaster allofasudden stop sucking Garrett Reynolds dick, just cuz you buy his parts ain't gonna make u a better rider. I think stick to the solid companies for major parts... Odyssey, S&M, Primo.

If you really want to become better at bmx, simply do drugs on a daily basis.
