or the one with just the 2 exclamation marks.
they are based in the city and i like skateboarding videos to. they are usualy filmed better, its easier to hold a camcorder when riding a skateboard and its easier to get low angles. alot of times the skateboarder will hold the camcorder steadier because of how easier it if to film compared to riding a bike and filming. another thing i strongly support is synchronization of musical climax with riding sequences. thats proli not the best way to put it but when the skateboard lands, when that pop coincides with a loud crash symbol or something that stands out in the beat then it makes the edit that much better. i dont see enough people in bmx trying to really sync the riding to the music, more skateboarders do it.
prime example of an edit that works with the music that i remember from years ago is jamal smith edit
you spend time going thru hours of footage and cutting it and timing it so why not pay attention to the music as well dope shit in that edit on bolth ends of the lense
check pow skateboards out tho good editing/filming and some dope street lines layed down in the heart of the city
lots of videos on there and also make sure to check out slap magazine
their new york city clip is dope street riding at its finest. playing with traffic and what not is fun as shit weather your on a bmx bike or a skateboard. dont miss that last clip of the hood ride over the cop car
the pow sticker photo was taken from this site that you should all check out, i have seen alot of these and i like their ideas, ben had a "free sex in the mouth" sticker on his bike for like a year. check out the stickers of nyc HERE
