4130 chromoly, heat treated after welds

-i ran these bars for a couple of months, i painted the inside to from paranoia of water getting in there and rusting, i never leave my bike out or ride in the rain much so i never had problems with rust, only problems i had was that i broke them, twice.

first time they snapped i dont remember what i was doing, i sent them back and got to choose any size and color, sparkys was also easy to deal with and i did not have any problems warranting them.

cracked the new pair like a month of two after i got them on a flat 360, and again i sent them in and got a new pair with no problems at all and fast shipping

-the cracks were in the h.a.z., and they lasted me a decent ammount of time, but the warentee is what i find the best about them. The shadow conspiracy really stands behind there parts, that kind of warentee doesn't come around too often, and to have it happen twice like that was dope.

great bars overall but they are 4 piece and i cracked them bolth times not right next to the stem but next to the h.a.z. of the tubes down there.
